With a semi–solid concentric design, AudioQuest G2 Flat Series Speaker Cable is a step above conventional stranded bundle wire. The semi–solid concentric packed conductors are a cost effective alternative to stranded conductors by using fewer and larger strands that don’t change positioning along the cable length, avoiding many of the distortion mechanisms of stranded conductors. Long–grain copper has fewer impurities and less grain boundaries than typical oxygen–free high–conductivity copper found in bundle wire, providing clear, smooth sound with minimal loss.
